A DONATION OF $5,000 FOR THE GROWING NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL
Mrs. Raymonde Berniquez recently presented a cheque in the amount of $5,000 to the H & DGH Foundation. This generous contribution will be allocated towards the Heart & Soul: community phase » major fundraising Campaign for the hospital’s expansion project and the purchase of highly advanced pieces of equipment.
“I am pleased to make this donation because during my stay at the hospital, I received very good care, says Mrs. Berniquez, and I hope my contribution will meet the growing needs of the hospital.”

The Major Campaign: the thermometer keeps going up!
Productions R. Charbonneau recently presented a cheque in the amount of $25,000 to the H&DGH Foundation for its «Heart & Soul: community phase» Major financial Campaign. This generous contribution will be allocated towards the hospital expansion project and the purchase of equipment.

THE WINNER OF THE H.G.H. FOUNDATION 50/50 DRAW
The Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Foundation 50/50 draw was done during the Red Carpet Evening held last Friday, February 11. Since last September, 2,000 tickets were sold at a cost of $ 5 each or 5 for $ 20, The lucky winner, Toby White from Chesterville, Ontario, accompanied by his spouse, receives his cheque in the amount of $ 5,000 from Jeannine Lefebvre, member of the Foundation Board of Directors and responsible for the sale of the tickets. In the usual order on the picture, Paul-André Laviolette, Coordinator of the Foundation, Jeannine Lefebvre, Toby White, his spouse and Marcel Dicaire, Chair of the Foundation Board of Directors. Mr. White purchased his tickets from Jeannine Lefebvre during his visit to Vankleek Hill during the Octoberfest event held last October. The net proceeds of the raffle, that is $4,335.00, will be used towards the expansion project of the hospital. A special thank to Jeannine Lefebvre for her dedication and involvement in the success of the ticket sales. We also sincerely thank the many volunteers and the Friends the Hospital Gift Shop for their much-needed help.
