Admission Criteria
A screening interview allows us to know the applicant better, to learn of his/her abilities and skills and to verify his/her field of interest and availability. The following is the admission criteria:
- To be an individual with good moral qualities and no past criminal record;
- To have free time to give, to like people and to want the best for them;
- To be able to speak or understand both official languages;
- To have a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills;
- To take on the work or duties assigned;
- To be punctual, responsible and to maintain regular attendance.
We always try to accommodate each interested prospect as to the type of work preferred or the day of the week requested. However, it is possible that someone's name will be put on a waiting list if there are no openings in the field chosen or if the person's schedule is not flexible enough to meet our needs.
