10th year Anniversary of the Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation Program

On February 20, the caregivers of the Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation Program (doctors, pharmacist, nurse, therapist, dietician, physiotherapist and other professionals) celebrated 10 years of education, information and camaraderie with a large group of the numerous patients who had followed the various steps of the program.

Patients and caregivers alike recalled the positive experience they shared through the years. A touching tribute was paid to cardiologist Dr Léonard Lapointe whose expertise led to the success of the Cardiac Prevention and Rehab Program.

A proud salute to everyone involved: Dr Léonard Lapointe, Dr Lyne Arsenault, Nathalie Aupin, Michelle Dumas, Josée Demers, Steve Pahle, Nathalie Picard, Sara Provencher- MacLeod, Mireille Lauzon-Dauth and Claire Diamond.
