So you have Arthritis. What can you do about it?

Come join us for 2 free 2-hour education sessions, given in English by bilingual physiotherapists. Watch the local newspapers for the dates of the next sessions.

Some topics to be discussed include:

· What is arthritis?
· Cause of arthritis
· How to manage it
· What activities to do when you have arthritis

CLASS 1 : General arthritis
CLASS 2 : Back and neck arthritis

Classes are limited to 50 people. Enroll by calling 632-0106, ext. 2252 whenever the dates of upcoming sessions appear in local newspapers.
